Join us for an Open House at Grace Place Nacogdoches on Saturday, January 25, 10AM-12PM!
Alzheimer's and dementia caregivers, their loved ones, and the community are welcome to visit one of San Antonio’s only non-profit Alzheimer’s-specific adult day activity centers.
We recognize the stress associated with caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's and dementia, and our goal is to alleviate that stress by providing affordable and safe respite so you can lead a more balanced and healthy life.
“The time spent at Grace Place is the best part of the day for my mother. She’s always happy to be there. It makes life easier for us both.” - Grace Place Caregiver
Join us to find out more about the services we provide and how our daily activities focus on the strengths and abilities of our clients.
