The Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting directly to CEO Vinsen Faris, is a vital member of the Executive Management Team at Meals on Wheels San Antonio. This dynamic role involves leading and overseeing the organization’s financial and business planning functions to drive growth and fulfill our mission. The CFO will harness internal processes and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency as we expand.

In addition to directing and mentoring a growing finance team, the CFO will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, championing the vision set by the CEO and Board of Trustees. We're seeking a forward-thinking, high-energy finance leader with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to strengthening our infrastructure. As a CNA for our Grace Place team, you are responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and supervision of group activities for clients with Alzheimer’s disease or related Dementia. Direct work with clients during group activities is also required to encourage participation, achieve engagement, and address their needs. Working directly with the Activity Director to develop the monthly calendar of activities. Additional administrative support is needed.

This position is responsible to the Senior Activity Director and is actively open as our Grace Place Alzheimer's Center is growing and serving a larger population!

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our campus. This position engages in a variety of responsibilities such as minor landscaping, light HVAC maintenance, and assisting with inventory counts.

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is expected to be versatile and proactive, with a strong commitment to ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all campus users. By performing these duties effectively, the specialist helps create a pleasant and efficient space conducive to the needs of the community.

This role demands a high level of dedication and an eye for detail, ensuring that our campus remains in top condition at all times.

Assessment of client’s eligibility for the Meals on Wheels Home Delivered Meal services based on internal and governmental standards. Identify and make appropriate referrals to internal support services to meet clients’ additional needs. Works closely with other coordinators to coordinate assessments, documentation, and files as needed. Works in conjunction with client care coordinators, socialization services coordinator, and client support specialist.

Manage, maintain, and update all client files processed in Client Services department, handle incoming calls from clients and applicants and enter all data for the client files. Works closely with individual client coordinators to maintain a smooth flow of work throughout the department. Works with the Routing Coordinator and Community Engagement team to solve any issues that arise with clients, drivers, and routes.
