As a CNA for our Grace Place team, you are responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and supervision of group activities for clients with Alzheimer’s disease or related Dementia. Direct work with clients during group activities is also required to encourage participation, achieve engagement, and address their needs. Working directly with the Activity Director to develop the monthly calendar of activities. Additional administrative support is needed.

This position is responsible to the Senior Activity Director and is actively open as our Grace Place Alzheimer's Center is growing and serving a larger population!

The Facilities Lead for Maintenance & Operations will support the day-to-day upkeep of the Campus of Grace. This position will supervise custodial functions, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to maintaining a clean and functional environment for our community. It will support multiple functions of the building operations and maintenance for the recently constructed $23 million campus, which includes a commercial kitchen, Alzheimer’s activity center, support offices, and landscape and parking areas.

The Facilities Lead—Maintenance & Operations will help ensure the campus meets the organization's needs and provide continued support for the repair and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment across campus.

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our campus. This position engages in a variety of responsibilities such as minor landscaping, light HVAC maintenance, and assisting with inventory counts.

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is expected to be versatile and proactive, with a strong commitment to ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all campus users. By performing these duties effectively, the specialist helps create a pleasant and efficient space conducive to the needs of the community.

This role demands a high level of dedication and an eye for detail, ensuring that our campus remains in top condition at all times.

The Community Partnership Coordinator position is responsible for the primary outreach activities of the organization, with a focus on cultivating relationships with potential clients, volunteers, donors, and community members. The role involves actively engaging with various stakeholders to foster connections and promote the organization's mission.

Additionally, the position requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all community partners to enhance the presence and impact of Meals on Wheels San Antonio. By doing so, the organization can expand its reach and effectiveness in serving the community.

This position reports directly to the Outreach Manager, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
