Grace Place offers a sliding scale for service fees to reflect our dedication to providing a reliable and affordable solution for families of loved ones with Alzheimer's/dementia. The fee structure (rates) includes three tiers, which families are eligible for based on the household size and the annual household income. Eligibility will be assessed upon admission and can be reassessed at the request of families if situations change.
To determine which tier your family qualifies for, please first reference the annual or monthly income eligibility. You can determine your household size based on the number of individuals living in the home, including the interested participant.
