Rooms Available and Their Guidelines

The meeting spaces below are available to non-profit and community organizations. Our community rooms are available:

  • Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We have three main conference rooms available, as well as a large training room. Below are some snapshots of their default layout:

Please note that if you change the layout for any conference room, it is your responsibility to return it to the default layout at the conclusion of your meeting.

Medium Conference Room that comfortably sits 12 people

Amenities available:

Large Board Room that comfortably sits 20 people

Amenities available:

  • TV Screen with HDMI Connection
  • Whiteboard available
  • Default Room Layout: Hollow Square

Large Training Room that comfortably sits 72 people

Amenities available:

  • Two drop-down screens with projectors
  • HDMI connection
  • 1 Podium
  • 1 Lavalier Microphone
  • 2 Whiteboards available
  • 1 Moveable Whiteboard
  • Room Layout: Classroom Style

 Community Room Interest Form

To request a room, please complete the Community Room Request Form, which is available below. Our Events and Facilities Manager will review your request and respond within two business days.

As a reminder, organizations are welcome to arrange a tour or site visit before the room's request date. Additionally, please make sure you have read through our Community Room Policy and Procedures.

Meals on Wheels San Antonio asks that you keep our space clean and return the room’s tables and chairs to the default layout after your meeting. Any equipment, furniture, or other property of Meals on Wheels that is damaged during use must be replaced by the outside organization.
